I am so excited that I finally went to see Vas at Eso! She has completely transformed how I move my body. Had me turn on muscles I didn’t know existed. My posture is better and I am finally using my body to its fullest potential. I have done yoga teacher training and thought I already had a good understanding of my anatomy but NOPE. Thank you Vas! I can’t wait to continue!

Eso Live Well has such a great mission: community, well-rounded body care, and mental health components (meditation, etc.). I love the space too- super clean clear vibe with lots of individual attention. Their small group classes range from nutrition to yoga to day retreats. A great roster, and a must on the list of personal care stops here in Newport Beach! I've been a client for a year, and look forward to joining the roster this fall.

Life hit me hard and swift in January 2019. My father died, and someone very close to me was incarcerated. My big bright world went dark very quickly, and I found myself in a sea of suffering. I began looking for meditation classes near my home, and I found ESO Live Well.

I started attending one-hour meditation up to three times per week. I soon discovered they offered yoga, pilates, nutrition classes and physical therapy. I have never been a yogi, and in fact, I sort of prided myself on not giving in to this trendy sport.

I loved the meditation class with Lauren so much and found so much relief that I decided to give gentle yoga a try. And, very soon after that, I began taking private pilates classes with Vas.

In four months since my world went dark, I have recovered my joy...and I directly attest it to the work I do with the amazing team at ESO Live Well. I love the down-to-earth vibe of this welcoming tribe. I found a place of nourishment, encouragement and support, and I am now a regular there...almost on the daily.

I now love yoga, pilates, and meditation, and I am beginning to work with ESO on cleaning up my fridge, pantry and nutritional resources.

This intimate space was just what I needed to calm my mind, build my strength, and stretch to unlimited possibilities.

Lauren is an amazing teacher, and the vibe/atmosphere at ESO is welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful. Classes for all levels and teachers who truly understand how the body works inside and out. Amazing amazing place to practice and get treated!

Participating in classes offered online from Baja Mexico. Zoom classes are easy to use and communication excellent. The classes have been physically and mentally therapeutic and energizing. So Grateful to have access to such knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. ?
