TailoredSpace Coworking & Office Space - Corona, California

BEWARE!!!!! I decided to get an office a Tailored space Corona but had to cancel it before my business partner and I had a chance to occupy the space. Less than 24hours after signing the contract I told Brandi (office Manger) that we had to cancel. Brandi stated it was no problem since we never took ownership of the office or received the keys that our entire deposit and fees of $1048 would be returned to our card in 5-7 business days. We agreed and thanked her for her understanding. Later on that day I received an email from Brandi stating that she had made a mistake due to being new to Tailored Spaces and stated she could no longer issue us our entire refund due to us signing the contract the night before. Brandi stated she could only return the security deposit of $650 and we would be responsible for the 1st month rent. In addition she said that our deposit would be return via check and mail after Tailored spaces completed their next billing cycle in October. In addition we NEVER got access to the office that they made us pay rent for in September.

It has now been over 3 weeks and we still have not received our money back!!!!!! I have to call the office multiple times due to never receiving any updates. When I talked to Brandi last she states that our refund still has not arrived and she is not sure when the refund will be delivered. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

If you have been looking for a space to do business in Corona - this is it. It's basically like Executive Suites meet the Ritz Carlton, but you get the family discount. Great vibrations, good coffee, on-the-house snacks, and use of really nice conference areas in case you have visitors. The people here are all moving their businesses forward, and little conversations at the coffee station can turn into meaningful opportunities. I've been able to feed off of this positive energy and connect with really intriguing individuals. Great networking, problem solving, and motivation to push! Get started on your future already!!!!!
