Super modern and clean hotel. It's a little out of the way and the neighborhood right around there is just a tiny bit CD but not bad. There's a dollar store very nearby and also a really nice little Mexican restaurant just across the street.
Excellent breakfast and the people who work there are so friendly and go above and beyond. We asked to have the manager store our stuff while we drove around for a bit and came back and they were just super nice about it. Lot of people on holiday there and it was a busy pool and a busy dining area and they had the Olympics on so it was a lot of fun.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Chatsworth, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish!

Cleanliness:
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the hallways and the guest rooms, everything was spotless. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. It made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Especially the linens and the towels!

Customer Service:
The customer service at this location was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Milana at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Milana took the time to answer all my questions, especiallywith our third party booking issues. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in our stay!

Accommodation:
The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. Our room was spacious, with a cozy beds and all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The modern décor and thoughtful touches made it a welcoming retreat after a long day. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

Complimentary Breakfast:
One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes, from fresh fruit and pastries to scrambled eggs and bacon. Everything was delicious and well-prepared, providing a great start to my day. It's always a bonus to have a hearty breakfast included!

Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Chatsworth exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, outstanding customer service (shout out to Milana!), comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic complimentary breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area. I look forward to returning in the future!

Clean, but that is all I can say that was good about this place||-- No channel guide on television|- Shower took "forever" to warm up|- Elevator not working |- Two buildings, meaning we had to "take a walk" to get to the lobby|- Bad location |- No good chain or even modestly upscale restaurants close by|- Below average breakfast for a motel of this type||Be warned that Chatsworth is NOT a middle-class community but definitely working class. Many ethnic "Mom and Pop" type strip mall restaurants, but if you are looking for a nice stay in a good area, you should stay away from Chatsworth. ||We stayed for two nights and then moved to the Best Western on Sepulveda, but it was no better (and even very slightly worse).||Mid-range motels/hotels are ALL very overpriced, btw. If we didn't have to make this trip and stay a few days, we wouldn't have.

I would love to give the hotel 5 stars, the rooms were very clean modern and renovated but the walls and ceiling are very very thin!! Do NOT stay on a lower level floor , or you will hear all the noise from the upper level floor including footsteps and get NO sleep. My family had 2 rooms and both our rooms had the same issue. I would stay here again but Only on the top floor!

I am a Holiday Inn Diamond Elite member, not to brag but just to say I stay in a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. I'd like to congratulate the team here at this Holiday Inn Express (HIE) for having the best breakfast selection of any HIE I've ever stayed in. It's not the same thing every day. They switch offerings including Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Breakfast Burritos along with the standards like scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. They also have fruit cups every day, along with Chia seed puddings. They also have bowls of salsa and salsa verde out every day. They have to-go bags for those who don't have time to sit down for breakfast.
The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there is a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance.

I have not been in California for a couple years, and had not stayed in this hotel which I believe was formerly a Radisson. I was pleasantly surprised how much it has changed and how nice it was. They were very accommodating when we needed to have a very late check-in and the room itself was absolutely beautiful. It had all the amenities you would expect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Not to mention you get to control your own air conditioning temperature. So we had a very nice cool room in the very hot summer. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in the Chatsworth area or anywhere nearby in the San Fernando valley.

Parking can be tight if you’re driving a full-size suv or truck. However rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. They also have a pool.

The young lady was very pleasant to deal with. Gave us our room, was injured but kind. She even stated that she would accommodate us with a couple extra hours of stay. It was a nice gesture. The room service was efficient and friendly. The last day of our stay, a lady wanted to clean my room, I told her I had a note on my account that I would be there till 2p. She was ok with it. Then, a minute later, a guy called me on the phone and rudely asked how long was I going to stay in the room, and if I was given permission to stay the extra time. I told him yes, that I had the ok from the injured lady that originally helped us. I felt like I was being rushed or the door and he abruptly hung the phone up. I packed up my things. Went downstairs and told him he just called me. Set the key cards on the counter and walked out. I won't be going back here nor will I recommend this place to my colleagues.
