I find the fine of DKK 875 (120 EUR) completely unacceptable and unjustified.

On the day in question, I purchased a ticket at the automated machine, which was accompanied by multiple error messages during the transaction. Despite the evident technical issues with your equipment, I ensured that a valid ticket was obtained. Therefore, the issuance of a fine is entirely unwarranted and unreasonable.

Moreover, I must highlight that the layout and design of your parking facility require extensive maneuvering to navigate, making it highly inconvenient and problematic to use. This alone should have been a warning sign regarding the overall quality and reliability of your services.

This ticket is a clear attempt to unjustly charge customers, and I strongly believe this is nothing more than blatant exploitation.

I parked here to charge my electric car.
The charging started and I left the building. Via the app, I could see that charging was at 2-3 kw/h, which is the slowest charging I have ever experienced. After about an hour, the charging was stopped by the charger for no reason, and I had to leave what I was doing and go back to the basement to avoid getting a fine for parking without charging.
Afterwards the company has completely refused any responsibility for their defect charger and the huge inconvenience to me as a customer. They even refuse to discuss the issue.

I would recommend you stay away from this place. It's simply a money machine with no customer service.

Update: The comment from the company on this page is suggesting that I contact them through their contact page, but they have specifically told me that they will delete any messages from me on the issue, so that's not true.

Hi, we parked the car in zone 2. It was very strange not to see enough cars in the area. We couldn’t find anyone to talk to, and the signage is terrible. I also think they do this on purpose to make people spend money. This should be actionable; it’s really an abuse of tourists.

We saw this notice, but when we came back, we found another notice in a different area that wasn’t there before, explaining the situation! It’s very sad to encounter these things and see how they try to rip people off with such actions. It’s disappointing for this European country.

I would describe the company as highly unscrupulous. I parked my car between 15:13 and 15:15, and my digital parking disk automatically set to 15:30. Their crew came immediately and issued a ticket to me. I believe there might be an error with the disk. It seems like they just want to make money.
