L'hôtel est situé en bord d'autoroute, au fond d'une zone "industrielle". L'entrée n'est pas évidente à trouver sans GPS. L'environnement ne présente aucun intérêt. L'accès à Tampa ou autre est facile et rapide par l'autoroute à proximité.||Ma chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre. Connexion à internet un peu lente mais gratuite. Pas de mini-bar ni de coffre fort dans la chambre.

Ten stars for Amanda!!! We had a PERFECT hotel stay! Received a comped room from Hard Rock and booked 2 nights with our small dogs. Amanda was more than wonderful, accommodating, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond for us. Her customer service is unparalleled. She put us on the first floor, at the very end of the hall so we could easily take out the pups! There is plenty of room to walk them around and there are multiple doggy stations for cleaning up after them. The room itself was excellent, quiet, smelled good, comfy pillows, cold A/C, mini fridges and microwaves in all the rooms. We got to check out at noon, the breakfast buffet was nice, and the hotel itself was stylish. Felt safe without fear of our car being broken into, five minutes from the casino, a minute from Wawa, just perfect for our stay. We will absolutely be staying here when returning to Tampa. A huge thanks to Amanda for making our stay tailored just for us! The rest of the staff was kind as well. Excited to return, thank you so much!

This is a really nice hotel with a kind staff. The woman with black hair who runs breakfast is incredible. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, and as a result breakfast is fresh and delicious. The front desk staff was very nice too. There is a pool, ice on every floor, and a fitness area. It was a nice stay.

The room setup allowed for separate sleeping and living. Comfortable room, clean and well equipped. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hotel is very close to the Hard Rock casino. We would stay again!

I like staying here, the free breakfast is always yummy. The nice gal that runs the breakfast is always so nice and kind and keeps up with everything and checks on everyone.

Theres a few yucky spots in the halls at the baseboards where it looked like someone spilled bleach.

Rooms were good but had one that smelled kinda moldy.

But overall I've been happy the 3 or 4 times I've stayed there.

Just make sure you are checked in on time or the night shift gal gets a bit grumpy, but she's very helpful overall!
