Bel hôtel mais trop de bruit,portes qui claquent, party trop bruyants,musique qui traverse les murs du 9 eme jusqu’au 5eme étage..et le service dû soit disant restaurant…déplorable..vaut mieux aller déjeuner en bas jusque à côté de l’hôtel…sourire,rapidité…et moins cher!!
Je ne recommande pas pour un court hard..dommage

This hotel is amazing. Super clean, the crew is so nice and polite . We had an amazing breakfast.
I arrived late in the night because my purse was lost in the airport and the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She was a sunshine on my terrible day. I had two small children we were tired and hungry and she expedited our checking and made my night much better.
We would definitely recommend this place!

So our flight was cancelled last minute and we needed a place to stay the night. We ended up picking this Marriott. It was definitely the right choice. The guy at the front desk was the best. He gave us late check out so we didn't have to sit at airport and upgraded our room. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop pool is amazing. We would definitely go back.

Nicely located for an overnight stay before boarding for a cruise. |Taxi cost approx 150$ from Miami airport and took around 30 mins. Picked up taxi from airport no issue |Hotel was clean and welcoming. Check in simple and straightforward |Deposit needed for wifi refundable on departure |Restaurant within had a simple|Menu but food was nice more so after a long day traveling |No complaints here. Would recommend

Our family had a great stay! The hotel is perfect and in a great location. We were checked in by Alfonso who was so extremely pleasant, understanding, and helpful. He was sincere in accomodating us after a long trip. Shout out to Alfonso and Michelle! The rooms were very clean, food on-site was very good, and rooftop pool was spectacular. There are also some great local surrounding eateries.

Poor customer service.||On the second day of a three night visit, I went to pick up my car from the hotel valet. After thirty minutes of standing at the valet stand I was informed that my car had been towed from the garage the night previously. After another two hours my car was picked up from the tow lot and returned to me. I was given the keys with no apology or explanation. The delay caused me to missed dinner with friends. I was never contacted by the hotel to apologize and unbelievably, to me, they still charged me $34.28 for parking upon checkout. They didn’t even offer to pay for the gas used to drive my car back to the hotel from pompano beach.||Other than this extremely poor experience, this is a nice hotel. Relatively new, clean and well maintained. I have stayed here multiple times, although after this experience I will be looking at other properties in the area. There is a nice rooftop pool and several good restaurants in walking distance.||The hotel does not really recognize status. As a Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member I have never been upgraded or even given water upon check in (water in room is $7 a bottle).||Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but hope that the team there works on improving communication and service.

Seems like this place is new but getting organized. Check in was great. Pool bar was not so great. Sliders were a joke and after a shift change the new bar staff ignored us. Messy bar with disorganized feeling. Only valet option and very long waits. Nice of them to offer drink credits to offset the resort fees. Room was nice with comfortable bed but rough towels. They had someone else’s name on the welcome screen and I’m a Bonvoy Member.
