Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel pour notre première nuit dans le Colorado, après un voyage de 24h. Nous voyageons en famille, avec deux enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien insonorisées, la literie excellente. Nous avons également pris le petit déjeuner buffet très complet. Un plus très agréable, nous avons visité le Butterfly pavillon, nous avons donc demandé un taxi mais en fait c'est une personne de la réception qui nous y a conduit et ramené en navette. Extra!!!

j'ai logé dans une salle de conférence transformée en chambre, sans lampe de chevet, un écran de télévision à 7 mètres, le tout donnant sur la piscine intérieure.||Salle de bains de taille très réduite et des rangements pour 40 personnes ! De plus le lit était un canapé convertible sans tête de lit, inconfortable.

The room was nice. The shower floor was a little drippy though. And the pool had glass walls so it felt a little like a fishbowl. But the location right off the highway was great and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The DoubleTree Westminster has a clean, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly and attentive, which sets a great tone for the stay. I really appreciate the convenience of the on-site mini mart—perfect for business travelers like myself who don’t have time to run to a grocery store for essentials.

The room was decent, although a bit smaller than what I’m used to for business trips. One thing to note is that there’s no microwave in the room, which can be inconvenient if you want to heat up quick meals. They do sell microwaveable options like cup noodles in the mini mart, but you’ll need to use the communal microwave there.

The standout for me was definitely the fitness center. It’s clean, well-maintained, and equipped with treadmills, a cycling machine, two cable machines, and a full set of dumbbells—great for weight training. Plus, they provide a water dispenser, which is always a nice touch.

I’m docking a star because of the smaller rooms and lack of in-room microwaves, but the overall experience, especially the fitness center, still makes it a solid 4-star stay. I’d recommend it for business travelers, though it might not be ideal for families needing more space and amenities.

The service was great. Front desk and restaurant personnel were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet good variety with regular dishware and table service for coffee and tea. They serve Starbucks coffee. Did not use bar but looked inviting. Beds comfortable but room rather small. The negative and reason I did not give a 5 is the condition of the facilities, especially the pool area, that are in dire need of renovation. The lobby area and hallways are nice but around the pool and spa paint is chipping, the ceiling is peeling and the pool and spa have dingy colored water. The spa also has large cracks on the wall, weak jets and the pipes are very noisy. The pool towels were a nice size but had large holes and tears. I would stay here again but probably would not use the pool/spa until they renovate.

I stay here 2-3 times a month. The rooms aren’t great but decent 🙂 it’s a little out dated and beds hurt my back but the service has ALWAYS been great! If i ever need anything i am always accommodated, early check in has never been a problem if there is room & any changes to my reservation have always been accommodated. The food is actually really good & the bartenders Kristin & Eden are amazing! The drinks are always great & Kristin makes the best espresso martini I’ve had while Eden’s dirty & lemon drop martinis do the trick! Their energy and customer service is always great no matter what and they always take care of their regular THANKS GUYS!

The staff here? Seriously, they’re some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. If I could rate them alone, it’d be 5 stars for sure. But unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t quite cover up the “vintage charm” of this hotel.

First off, the room: it’s basically a time capsule from the ‘70s. If you’ve ever wanted to experience living history, congratulations! You’ve found the right place. The bathroom came with an all-natural mold feature in the shower, and the toilet? Let’s just say it decided to conserve water by not refilling. Very eco-conscious. The fridge? On permanent strike. And the lighting? Let’s call it "mood lighting," where half the bulbs didn’t feel like working.

Oh, and don’t forget the *ambience*! The hotel is conveniently located next to a highway – perfect for those who enjoy the sound of cars zooming by and the occasional siren to lull them to sleep. Nothing quite like the soothing sounds of traffic at 2 a.m.!

The breakfast? Let’s just say it was an acquired taste. But those cookies? Absolute perfection. So, if you’re in the mood for a snack, swing by!

In summary: stellar staff, but the hotel itself is hanging onto its glory days. Bring earplugs and maybe a flashlight…..and your own food.

I went here for an event but did not stay as a guest. So I've only seen the lobby and the conference room we were in. But it's a really nice hotel. Seems recently remodeled and modern feeling. Very clean nice lobby. They did give me a cookie when I asked for one. The conference room was nice and air conditioned; a little chilly but I brought a sweatshirt knowing it probably would be. The staff at the front desk was kind when assisting me to find the conference room as well. The hotel is right in the highway, I could hear the noise from the highway just slightly when it was quiet enough in the conference room but didn't notice it when there was talking going on. Lots of parking out front. Easy to get to.
