- Les chambres n’étaient pas très propre… il y avait des cheveux dans le lit.
- Des rideaux déchirés
- Pas de problème avec la climatisation (mais faisait énormément de bruit !)

We stayed here for concert and had a great experience! I was a bit skeptical when reading the comments, mainly concerned about the A/C problems. However, we had absolutely no problems during our stay. Staff were really nice. Our rooms were clean. And the price we paid was worth the value. The beds were a bit stiff and our room was kinda far (felt far trying to carry all of our luggage lol) but can’t complain with the price we paid. Definitely staying here again in the future!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and upkept. The staff were very helpful, nice, very outgoing. The maids did an amazing job cleaning my room everyday and also very nice and all of the maids I came across gave me a smile and helped me with anything that I had asked them.

Very loud weekend. They had an event that went on most of the evening until very late, music was loud. They don't clean the rooms unless you ask 24 hours in advance. The pool was closed. Definitely not worth the money spent. I also paid for adjacent rooms and it was not accommodated. I will not be returning.

My recent stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expect from your brand—it felt more like a motel experience than a quality hotel stay. The room was poorly maintained, with broken outlets, outdated ceiling tiles, and a dark, unwelcoming atmosphere. Although we had four guests, we were repeatedly given an inadequate number of towels, and housekeeping ignored our requests for cleaning and restocking. At check-in, we were placed in a basement-like main-floor room, which was not what I wanted or expected. Additionally, one day there was no parking available due to an event, and no spaces were reserved for hotel guests. This experience left me feeling overlooked and frustrated, and it did not provide the comfortable, “home away from home” experience I’d hoped for.

The outside and the lobby of this hotel make you think that your hotel stay will be of high quality but not when you get to your room. One side of the main elevator was broken and the other side sounded like it would brake any second. The ceiling tiles in the hallway to our room gave us our first clue that this would be more run down. They were hanging off in places. In our room, the box spring to the bed was horribly stained on the side and it was a LARGE stain. There was also no soap in the bathroom. The worst part was that the air conditioner would not work. We had maintenance come and they said it must be a breaker that tripped it. It continually stopped working. It only came on twice during our 2.5 day stay.
