Margie and the front desk ladies are very nice and personable. Dra Cristina Valdez is such an amazing doctor. I travel about 45 minutes to see her, and I don't mind waiting because I KNOW that I will get the utmost quality of care.

Receptionists are useless in this clinic, they NEVER answer the damn phone!!! Never! If they return your call is usually the next day. No matter what time or day you call is always the machine you talk to.
The waiting is just as bad.
Long long wait to see a doctor.

Been attending here since young age, very professional clinic. Have been able to leave messages and have had calls returned in timely manner. Dr. Clay Po is the best. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful. Clinic will work with you if you do not have insurance. For people who do not like the wait, perhaps a minute clinic might be better for fast visit, but I bring a book sometimes, and I never mind occasional waiting (common at all doc offices in my experience, dentist, eye doc), because service is excellent. Have been seen at other places before and Romanelli, Your Clinic office's treatment and service has always been the best. I always felt rushed at other offices, but never experienced this feeling here during my visits.

I have the best care here from Dr. Miladys. She’s attentive, careful, and compassionate. She always takes great care of me and I’m also thankful for the staff and receptionists. They are always nice and always have appointments when I need. Big thanks for this whole clinic!

I wish I can give a zero or a negative rating for two reasons ! WAIT and DR ROMANELLI
First,
Wait times are more than one hour and it could go way up and Its every time . First you have to wait 30 , 40 minutes in the car and after that dr Romanelli will take another 30 40 minutes to appear . If you want to make an appointment with her , you have to wait atleast 2 to 3 weeks for that .
Second,
I asked for the earliest appointment for my physical as I have to come fasting, still they gave me 9:45 am , so I just arrived at 9:25 with fast and then the wait continued and continued and she appeared at 10:50
So I mentioned nicely to dr Romanelli about this situation ,
She gets offended for no reason and offers me to change the doctor and said she ll be happy to make this visit our last visit !
I was shocked by her response, really really shocked because I was talking to her so calmly and suggesting her to work on her office wait times. But I must say a very very rude response by DR ROMANELLI .
She was very RUDE to me and I found her very UNPROFESSIONAL.
Worst Experience with any of the physicians I have ever met.

Absolutely brilliant physician. Double board certified and an even better person. I've been both a patient and a coworker with Dr R and I can say I have never met another physician who cares so deeply about the well being of her patients and about doing what is right no matter what. I learned so much from watching her work and I'll forever be grateful to have called her a mentor and also my doctor.

First let me begin by saying that the staff at your clinic is extremely wonderful. Dr. Gamboa and Dr. Clay-Po are God sent angels and I love them to bits and pieces. I have been going to this place for several years and it is with a sadness that I leave them because of Dr. Romanelli. Her bedside manners are less than any doctor that has ever serviced me in my 47 years. Over my years of going to the clinic each time I had to endure Dr. Romanelli I found it to be uncomfortable so I asked not be be seen by her anymore. This is how I began to see Dr. Gamboa until she went on leave and then on to Dr. Clay-Po. Both of these women are phenomenal. On my final visit which was urgent for me I wanted to have some blood work done on my kidneys due to an emergency room visit in which I was informed that my kidneys were beginning to fail. I had just gotten a new endocrinologist who had just placed me on 2 more meds increasing me to 2 insulins and 3 orals. I asked my PCP..Romanelli did she think it was too much. She asked me who was my Dr. I showed her and she told me no that's my cardiologist. I informed her NO that's my endocrinologist she argued with me about that. I noticed she omitted that in her report saying that I had become belligerent. Well if your PCP tells you about your cardiologist and you've never had a heart problem wouldn't that piss you off
I never asked her to adjust my meds, I asked her did she think I was taking to much considering yes my a1c was a 15 then 11 in March and then a 9 in June.....I'm just saying.
Dr. Romanelli, before you start assuming you know maybe just maybe you should stop and listen to everything the patient has to say before you run off with you think the answer should be. You destroyed a great relationship I had with everyone in that clinic and everyone had with me. It was worth the 45 minute drive just to see them. Just not you
