The place isn’t very big, and there isn’t a wide variety of glasses frames, which was one thing I didn’t like. However, the service more than made up for it. Jenny, the girl at the front, was very nice and helpful with all my questions, which I really appreciated. The doctor also took his time during the eye test and explained a couple of things thoroughly, which I liked because he wasn’t in a hurry. Overall, I give them 5 stars because of Jenny’s great customer service and the doctor’s attention to detail. Even though they don’t have many frames, I still found one I liked.

Amazing doctor in Santa Ana. He is experienced, very informative & always respectful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean office. Staff disinfect patient’s hands when entering the office. They also disinfect all glasses after each try. Also, they did an amazing job on the Halloween decoration! Would really recommend this place!

I love visiting this spot it’s great and are very welcoming. Dr Gonzales is very helpful and understanding of the variety of people who come for eye care. I recommend visiting if you haven’t done so this is the best spot in Santa Ana. 10/10

Lamentablemente, fui el ultimo paciente del día, como el doctor
llevaba prisa no me atendió como debería ser. Me molestaba el ojo y ni siquiera una recomendación me dio menos una prescripción. Se nota que es paciente, pero en este ocasión llevaba mucha prisa.

I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Gonzales takes His time to anlyze your eyes and explain what exactly is happening to your eyes. He is patient and caring. his staff is also amazing! they have a good sense of humor and are patient and helpful. As for COVID procedures: yes they do require mask, check temp and sanatize. they sanitize the glasses after every try.

Several mistakes, I ordered 2 pair of glasses, one from my insurance, witch they were the cheap ones, meaning; no progressive, no antiscratch glasses, cheap frame etc.
The ones that I paid from my pocket, I ordered with the antiscratch glasses, progressive and with an expensive frame.
Two weeks later they called me to pick up my expensive eye glasses, I was there and the gave me the cheaper ones and told me that they were the expensive ones, those idiots put the antiscratch glasses on the cheap ones and and with no progressive glasses, so my expensive ones are already scratch even when I am very careful cleaning them, and my cheap ones are good, there is not way you can see ride away with ones are the ones they have the antiscratch glasses, a mess.
Another dumb thing they do, they put the graduation of the glasses almost right on front of the glasses, so; you can see them like scratch. They did not solve the problem and they did not try it.
