I was seen in er a week ago and called Dr Harvard’s office on the following Monday for a follow up. I left a message as no one answered the phone. Today 5 days later I have never received a return call. I could be dead waiting for them. I’m already a patient

I had my first visit with Dr. Harvard yesterday, 6/26/23. The best office getting me in on a one day notice, that is not even heard of anymore. Very nice office personnel and nurses. Dr. Harvard spent as much time as needed with me and explained my test results. I will revisit him in 3 months and feel very good about my yesterday meeting.

I've been seeing Dr. Havard since 2007 and have been very happy with the care he has provided me. He always takes the time to discuss my health issues, listens to what I have to say, and takes the time to answer my questions in terms that I can understand. Absolutely no complaints about the level of care that I've received from him. For the most part, his staff has been very good, too. The front desk receptionists, well..... they've never been rude, but there have been a few times when they were less than friendly. The nursing staff and technicians have always been very caring and friendly.

I love taking my dad for his heart checks. The office staff is caring and helpful. As the only caregiver I get stressed with multiple appointments but the scheduler Isabella is very accommodating in finding us an appointment to match my schedule. Nurse Practitioner Latasha Vines is so good to my dad always making him feel important and cared for. All of the office staff and nurses are wonderful!

I've been seeing Dr. Havard approximately six years, and I love him and his staff. Only once have I had a long wait; I'm usually out of the waiting room in three minutes. Dr. Havard is competent and patient, making sure that he explains things in ways that we who are not cardiologists can understand. His staff are professional and courteous, generally making the office visit smooth and easy.

I liked Dr Havard I have some advice for.him. He has a horrible nursing staff. The first time speaking to his office mgr. ATHENA was a terrible experience. I am.a heart patient I do not need the stress she put me thru. I always had to call his office because prescriptions were not filled to my pharmacies. When I called his office I would get lectured by his nurse. I'm a 6o yr old I do not need to be lectured by a 20 yr old. I was discharged by Dr Havard and his Staff. They told me I wold need to seek heath else where for my heart. That is the first time I have ever experienced something like this happening. .Dr Havard needs to be around more to see the nurses and staff he has working for him. Very unprofessional and disreceptful towards people. I have received my medical records and will follow up with a new Cardiologist. Good luck Dr. Havard with dealing with your office personal. I will not be back and will let my friends know how I was treated..

Dr. Havard will spend the time with you to answer all your questions and give you reassurance. Very kind and a great bedside manner both in the hospital and in his office. My husband has been a patient for several years and is always happy about his experience with Dr. Havard
