Horrible. Ms. Kimberly Johnson threw a shoe at my son head for daydreaming in reading class. Please do not send your kids here! My son is very mild mannered and was new to the district. He is traumatized by this school now I have to drive to take my kids to another school because this literally happened the first week of school. The principal was great helping me file a report and so forth but please do not send your kids to this school. I heard the teacher has been mistreating kids and I saw recently she received an award. Horrible horrible school

I Loved the school 2 years ago, there seems to be more focus on the Hispanic children. Black children are second on the list. I don’t understand why every Hispanic class was allowed to walk across the stage 1st. All of The Black students/classes walk across the stage at the end of the ceremony. One Hispanic class could have walked and a black class next .Graduation was Totally segregated. I was horrified.
Ms. Harris is the best ! That’s it.

This school used to be amazing. Seems like all of the black staff left though and now it is over ran by Mexicans and a Mexican principal. This wouldn’t be a problem but they treat the kids differently. They favor and talk to the Hispanic children but ignore or show lack of interest in the black children. In the car line they walk the kids to the cars and Ive noticed several times every time this hispanic woman walks my children she just leaves the door open and walks off. They dont do the mexican kids this way. I hate that the school has changed this dramatically because these mexicans only care about their own, even if you are raising good and well behaved black children. They wont be acknowledged here. And another review is correct, they do not have special classes and they have the cheapest to bare minimum of field trips. Another problem I have is teachers revoking activities such as gym and recess because some students cant behave so they punish all of the kids. You all have our kids 8 hours a day so please treat them right. If you don’t have patience please leave. I ride by all the time and the mexican kids are always outside (they have classes where there are ONLY hispanics present). Smh. Keeping restless kids cooped up all day will not better their behavior. Single out the ones who misbehave and treat the others better. And stop talking to the kids like they are crazy. Parents be more involved if possible because when I come volunteer I be seeing some teachers yell or talk to your children like they are crazy. Especially on field trips. I have a good child who barely communicates and Miss Hoggett yelled at my child because my child didnt know where to sit at the tables. I can only imagine what goes on when nobody is there but still my biggest issue is the clear racism, stereotyping and discrimination.

I really hope they do better as staff this year. It's sad that my son had so many issues with that couldn't keep their hands to themselves and he get in trouble for hitting them back. I will not tolerate it this year at all. Failing to report emergency incidents regarding my child but quick enough to call me about him hitting someone back. Overall I like the school select teachers are okay with me.

My 3rd grade daughter gets bullied on the bus by multiple boys including a 4th grader and the school has done nothing to prevent it! We have been trying for a month now contacting everyone and handling this “the right” way yet their negligence is very prominent and they allow for older boys to hit and punch and slap little girls in their face without any repercussions handed down. Terrible school and leadership and my children will NEVER ATTEND THIS SCHOOL AGAIN.

These are all lies! This is the worst school I've ever saw in my life!! Omg!! My daughter was stabbed by another student and nothing was done, they lied about having special education and they don't the teacher made another student fight my daughter in class!! The principal is garbage and is Mexican and shows favorites toward Mexican student and shows racism against the black students!! The teacher are trash!! The math teacher told her students she is not a real math teacher so she only there because they were short of help!! Please don't send your babies to this HELL HOLE!! IM WARNING YOU YOU WILL REGRET IT!! THEY TORTURE THESE KIDS AND THE KIDS THERE ARE UNTRAINED AND ACT LIKE MONSTERS!! THEY COME TO SCHOOL DIRTY HUNGRY PARENTS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND..STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAT TRAP!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! IM WORKING TOWARDS MAKING THAT HAPPEN..IM GOING TO THE MEDIA TO EXPOSE THIS HELL HOLE AND ALL THE GARBAGE PEOPLE THE WHOLE STAFF IS TRASH!!
