The rooms were pretty typical. They seemed very clean. My room had a desk and chair, a couch, a fridge, but no microwave. The shower was nice, but I would have preferred a bathtub. When I checked in, the entrance staff seemed dismissive, and informed me that parking is $15/day. It wasn't in covered parking or anything - just an open parking lot behind the hotel. Silly. I didn't like that extra charge that isn't present at other hotels.

We arrived after 10pm (from LA) and were greeted by such kindness and professionalism; Nubia (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly), was fantastic! She made us feel relaxed and treated us with so much respect!!! She went above and beyond to actively listen to us and ensure our needs were met. It’s rare to encounter such kindness and we truly appreciate it!! The hotel is beautiful and the views from our room allowed us to relax. I’m a Hyatt member (2017) and you never go wrong choosing the Hyatt. The beds are cozy and the decor of the room is modern and clean. The breakfast is very good and has ample amounts of options to ensure anyone can eat regardless of their eating choices. Our 14 year old was amazed by the food! Fantastic place to stay at!!!!

Clean and central to most of Denver, you'll find this location suitable for all your needs. Was in town for business and had to go to different locations, using this as my central base. It was great. Hard working staff. Adequate breakfast options. Well lit parking. Comfortable room. This was my second stay here and will not be my last.

We received an ADA room and it wasn’t necessary. Could hear the neighboring rooms tv and sometimes phone calls. Our room had an adjoining door to that room. Loved the sectional and roominess of king size room. Housekeeping was always late afternoon but once done - was good ! Loved the location and parking although entry to hotel could use some road repair. Front desk was always cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was very good !

Positive: Beautiful mountain view room. Ease of scheduling an extra night.Friendly service--covered our parking which was an unexpected perk. Negative: Wish breakfast was included. Although $8 option is reasonable. (Family of 6...we did not eat at hotel.)

Once we got to the hotel we were very welcomed and she was lovley. We were on our honeymoon in colorado. She didn't know and when we arrived she did an upgrade on the room and i was AMAZED. We loved the view. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was amazing everyday. We didn't got breakfast outside one day. Especially loved the bacon me and my husband got seconds everytime?.

We definitely recommend this hotel and you can walk outside to several fast foods if you ever hungry late. Parking is safe and comfortable.

We didn't want to leave but home calls. If we go back we will certainly stay here. The pictures were the view from the window when the sun was coming out.
