Nous ne connaissions pas le groupe Hyatt mais nous sommes ravis d'avoir logé dans cet hotel. Le personnel est charmant et bien attentionné. Mon mari a été malade et ils ont accepté que nous partions tardivement sans aucun supplément. La chambre était superbe, très grande avec un salon. Elle était très lumineuse. Le petit dejeuner avec des fruits frais et du sucré ainsi que du salé. Merci Hyatt Fort Worth

Checked in and the front desk mentioned breakfast wasn't complimentary anymore as they were adjusting their buffet but that it was $8 and would be until 10 AM on a Friday. That night before there was no Internet. Front desk said servers were down so I couldn't get work done. Went downstairs Friday morning around 0930 and the front desk said the buffet breakfast was over at 0900. I told them this contradicted what the night shift front desk said regarding 10 AM. She did offer me complimentary coffee but that didn't make up for the fact that I was hungry and getting ready to head to the airport. As an update, the morning front desk ladies checked in the back and I was able to get some of the leftover breakfast eggs bacon and potatoes before they cleaned up.

I used to love staying at this hotel until they got rid of the free included breakfast! Seriously?! It's not an "upgraded" breakfast experience; it's the same breakfast experience that's now $8. Really disappointed to see Hyatt moving in this cost-cutting direction when so many Americans are struggling financially right now.

And no, I'm not interested in paying to become a Hyatt "member" and get breakfast for free.

Great location, staff and amenities. I was not offered a free breakfast rather an $8.00 charge for an "upgraded" breakfast. I declined to pay for this so I just went to Kroger, which is just around the corner, and got a bowl of fruit and juice for the road.

I usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels, but this really surprised me. It was incredibly clean, smelled so nice, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was great. I would give this hotel a 10/10! I just booked Hyatt at an upcoming trip to Chicago this month!

Update: 2nd stay was not as good. Had a question upon checkout regarding my bill. Person could not answer so i requested a call from someone who could help. Never received a call. Sent an email. Never received a response. Guess they dont care.

Had a 6 night stay here travelling with dog. Room was spacious and clean. Location is convent to many shops and restaurants.

Please read to the end for update…When I booked the room I was informed that my room was going to run $137.00, I booked the room after 2 long days of packing to move, the bill came to $165.00. When I arrived the front desk charged me $203.00. Exhausted and desperate for me and my partner to get some rest I went ahead and gave my cc info. Expecting to have the best night of rest ever when I asked for a fan and was told I’d get a call back in a few, the call never came? We are staying the night in a comfortable bed and clean room, for which I am thankful however, the service and facilities do not warrant a fee of $200.00+. In the morning I will be requesting an explanation for the almost $40.00 increase in actual cost of service since we were forgotten about for the one request that we were informed would be “no problem”. As far as we are concerned this establishment doesn’t have any outstanding qualities or services that would validate any price over $137.00.
After a peaceful nights rest, showers, then breakfast + discovering the $40.00 incidental fee was not charged to my card I am happy to say this is a fair and reasonable lodging choice. We still never heard back about the fan but I should’ve remembered my own like normal!
