Truly one of the best! I have been suffering from pain from my IUD for almost three months now. Every doctor I saw refused to help or made it seem like my pain was exaggerated. However, everyone at Jason Browns office were so kind and able to help from the moment I called. From the front desk, to the medical assistant I was greeted with warm smiles and empathy. I truly recommend their services as they excel in making you feel comfortable and safe. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Unlike others I have had Dr. Brown has shown legitimate care for my well being, has always been nothing but kind, and when I was faced with the inevitable c section to deliver my stubborn boy I had zero fear in his hands. I never thought I would ever be so comfortable in the face of surgery, but he made that possible because I knew he would take care of us. The office staff are very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to talk to as well. I'm definitely keeping him as my doctor for my obgyn needs and will be recommending him to anyone looking for one. Dr Brown has been great. Helped delivering both of my kids. Recently I tried to go back to see him and I was denied service based on my location. I have never felt mistreated anywhere else like this today. I hope Mr Brown can see the review and be aware of how unprofessional his staff was.

Dr. Brown & his staff are the best! He delivered my baby late the night before having to catch a flight and still stopped by to check on us before leaving the next morning. He made having a c section not fearful at all. Even my husband has a ton of good to say about the experience with me! Definitely recommend him & his office.

Went in for a fertility appointment that i had scheduled for 4 weeks in advance. That morning i found out i was pregnant, told the front desk- jennifer- she immediately said “i wish you would’ve told us that before hand. i need to cancel this appointment” no congratulations, nothing. did bloodwork, went back two days later for blood work again, couldn’t get a call back on the results. called 7 times over the span of 3 days and left 4 voicemails with still no reply. once i finally got a call back about the results, i wanted to make sure everything was fine. Never asked about previous pregnancies, or anything. While on the phone about the test results i was reassured by a nurse that everything looked normal, even though the HCG did not double as it was supposed to.
fast forward 4 days later i start bleeding. i call the on call Physician and get a call back from dr. brown. His exact words “looking at these results, this pregnancy was never viable” so i’m assuming that was the first time he had even looked at the results. the cramping got worse that night, went to the hospital, confirmed miscarriage. Called them the next day as soon as they opened asking if i still needed to come in for blood work since it was confirmed i had a miscarriage. never got a call back nor was i shown any type of sympathy for the situation i had just gone through. went up there the next day requesting my records. never told them i was no longer a patient, just requested my records. TO THIS DAY- 2 weeks later- i STILL have not received any calls regarding what happened, no call to make sure everything had passed. nothing. I have been going to dr. brown since 2019. i have never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior until recently. Jennifer was the main reason for all of the attitude and the first line of contact. I will not be going back at all. i felt like i was treated less than, and like i was the gun on the bottom of their shoe. Look elsewhere if you want to be valued and treated with at least minimum amount of respect.

Dr. Brown has delivered both of my children and I will go to him for ever pregnancy I have in the future. He is incredibly calm and comforting not only during the appointments and delivery, but also any issues during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

When I was pregnant with my first, I ended up getting a kidney stone at 36 weeks pregnant and ended up in l&d in so much pain. He came to check on me several times and I always felt as though he cared about not only my and the baby’s health, but also my comfort.

His staff is absolutely perfect as well. They recognize me every time I call or come in and remember my babies and always ask how they are. I love them all and really feel so cared for in return.

I would recommend Dr. Brown to everyone.
