Horrible customer service. After my parents spent thousands here on bathroom tile and a new vanity the vanity finally came in and the stain is completely inconsistent and blotchy and does not look like the sample provided in store. Janice was incredibly rude, after first agreeing that the photos provided looked blotchy she refused to bring the sample out to compare it to the product we received. The photo with the sample doesn’t include any inconsistency in the stain. She told my father she could send out the doors to be re-stained but common sense says there’s no way it would match the rest of the vanity and it’s not only the doors that are blotchy it’s the whole thing. The vanity drawers are not aligned and has a gap when shut. There is also a big gap at the top of the vanity where the piece is in front of the sink. While we understand that this is not John P Fischer’s manufacturing you would expect much better customer service from a “respectable” business such as theirs. We have another bathroom and a kitchen to redo and will not be using John P Fischer ever again after this poor experience.

Everyone I worked with at John P. Fischer Tile was very helpful and excellent! They explained everything in detail and were very kind! The salesman Dave helped me with our bathroom tile and recommended a transition piece and grout color. I couldn’t be happier with how the bathroom looks! I came back when it was time for picking out the kitchen backsplash. I was able to take samples home to match it with the countertop. We were indecisive so they allowed me to take more samples home. They explained the difference in finishing pieces and were very patient with me. I’m looking forward to seeing the new backsplash!

This is in response to Janice the manager that responded to my daughter Ariana's review. First of all you lie about a couple of things , number one you say your parents came in ... I wasn't there my husband was, number two you say that we came in rude and agitated....that's a complete lie as a matter of fact my husband aproached Jimmy the salesman that helped us and said " I know this isn't your fault but there is a problem with the vanity. My husband is a gentleman and would never shout and show disrespect, in that case you're lucky that I wasn't there. You insisted that he take the vanity back home instead of allowing him to leave it there and have you write up a note that it was in your possession. No, you made it more difficult for him to then have to reload it and then return it again once you were ready to credit us . You Janice need to get your facts straight because every one else at the store is very nice but you need managerial classes and learn to listen and understand what the customer is saying . I give the credit for getting my money back to Jimmy not you! We are good people , not rude or angry and agitated , too bad I wasn't there when it happened!

Bought Marble System tile from these guys, Terrazzo tile. I explicitly said I had a large dog and wanted some tough and easy. Was sold the very expensive Terrazzo that has not look good since the day it was installed. I called and was given the name of someone to clean and seal. The tile was cleaned and sealed twice and still soaks in the dirt. Do not buy Terrazzo tile.

Very disappointing experience with Fisher Tile. I placed an order for a bathroom vanity on January 18. They told me it would take a week to arrive. I waited two weeks, I called and was told that it would be an additional two weeks. On Feb. 13, I called and was told that the vanity was delayed till March. When were they going to call me? They never took the initiative to inform me of any delays. I had to call to find out about the delays. They honestly don't care that you are waiting. I think customer service is not their specialty and very unacceptable. I am now without a vanity in my bathroom and purchased a faucet for the vanity that I ordered. The only thing I got from Fisher Tiles is excuses and only when I called. I never received a call from Tricia (salesperson) to inform me that my vanity would be delayed. I would have appreciated knowing about the delays before I made the calls. This review should be a zero. I will never do business with Fisher Tiles again. I am planning to renovate my kitchen but will not be purchasing anything from Fisher Tiles. If you plan on ordering anything from this business make sure you get the date of delivery in writing.
