On this visit the staff attitude was "Not my job". As an older woman when I asked for assistance in the garden area with getting large bags of mulch the associate I spoke with pointed to the back wall and walked away. Saw what I wanted, returned to the cashier advising the clerk of what I wanted to purchase needing help, he just looked at me, turned to another associate saying what do I do, she needs help. That associate said ring her out and call for the product.
Well he didn't know how to ring a client out without something to scan, other customers where also having issues with the same staff members too. My mulch was brought to the front and without asking if I needed assistance to the car, the young man turned and walked away. With staff like that I won't be shopping there again.

I went to Lowe's today looking for a small gate to use in my backyard as a barrier. My new puppy just discovered the area behind my garage. Floyd from the lumber area was exceptionally helpful. He pointed out several options & helped me make the perfect choice. Thank you Floyd for great customer service.

They have great products and prices are reasonable...we couldn't get a handicap cart even after waiting about 20 minutes. We asked for help and they said they may be all in use and we just had to wait...several elderly and people with canes also needed one so they don't have enough handicap carts to support their customers.

I'm love this place Lowes they have a lot diferente plants and good prices
