I’ve used N&P for around 20 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere and getting the same standard of service. They’re a great bunch to deal with. I recently got a stair runner, upper landing and bedroom done and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you again N&P!!

Overall impressed with N & P Flooring. From measuring the carpets to fitting was quick and effective service. No issues with contact and our floors do look incredible. Uplift cost of carpets was not covered in initial conversation and there was no mention that we could do it ourselves to save paying the additional removal cost. Understand this is a cost to the company to destroy carpets however an upfront conversation about the removal would have benefitted us a lot. Will use the company again when we come to do our kitchen. Would recommend just make sure you’re either happy to remove floor yourself or pay the reasonable charge for N&P to remove them for you.

AVOID!!!!!
Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment of customers..
found their advert in the Konect magazine ‘all work guaranteed’… their guarantee is worth nothing!

After spending £3.5k on LVT flooring for my new home, in less than 2 months it has scratched, lips have broken and been glued together as a quick fix and I still have a broken tile behind my toilet - I’ve been told that this is my fault and nothing they can do unless I pay c£150 for an inspection to be carried out. This flooring will need replaced and I’ll not be back.

Customer service is also non-existent, being told ‘I have nothing more to say to you on this, call on Monday to speak to someone else’ - helpful!

I would avoid at all costs

Spent £700 on new carpets, these were thicker than what we had previously, however salesman new my property and said there will be no issues.

Pile was to thick, carpet fitters took the doors off in the house, including the bathroom.

They attempted to leave my property with the doors off at which point I went mental.

Few months later I now need to get a new carpet.

I will not be back and you should avoid at all costs!
