Exactly like I ordered, it's a very cute little lucky bamboo plant. In the cutest pot, still very green and lush. I was away when it arrived, but is absolutely perfect. Thank you! Definitely recommend

This company is a scam! I bought a plant from here literally a week ago and since the day I received the plant I tried contacting the company for the unacceptable condition of the plant. However, the company said they can’t do anything about it. Customer service is one of the worse I have ever seen. I managed to find other companies that done the same plant same size for the half price but thought this company has good reviews so I should go with them. Am sure they’re writing their reviews themselves as the company does not even deserve a 1 star. Will never buy from them again!

I recently purchased, at short notice, a Kentia Palm for my mum's birthday. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was superb. Friendly, efficient communications with the Company, speedy delivery, excellent packaging and a gorgeous plant.

It's the first time that I shopped for indoor plants at Oxy-Plants and I'm thrilled with my purchase . Both the money tree and kentia palm arrived in a huge box, very well packed. They even arranged the delivery for my preferred day. The plants look strong and healthy and they were very well priced as well. Highly recommend this very friendly small business!

Very disappointed with the Bird of Paradise plant I received as it arrived very battered and broken, so it won't be the healthy beautiful Christmas gift I was intending. The pot is lovely and it arrived quickly, but I'd prefer it to be later if more care was taken with it.

First time ordering from Oxy - Plants . Absolutely awful poor damaged plants, they are not even 30 cms in total height. I ordered 2 'Black Coral' snake plants as seen on website photo (attached) in 12cm pots this being the first time ordering from Oxy-Plants . Instead i received 2 tiny damaged plants ( photos attached) nothing like what i ordered which had been badly packaged because there was soil all in the box and both plants weren't even in the pots as expected . I thought maybe was just a picking error so emailed to say wrong plants were sent , told by Marika that correct plants will be sent out to me as soon as possible. 2 weeks later after several emails back & forth , Marika told me they will prioritise & get me the best of the bunch sent out as soon as possible. I eventually get the replacements & what a awful surprise they are the same snake plants variation as what i had already been sent and not the ' Black Coral' & being in smaller 10cm pots. So again contacted Marika replied stating " Many apologies we couldn’t help you on this occasion ". At this point i stated i wanted to return this order to get a full refund of what i paid & if Marika could send me pre-paid postage labels to do that but got no reply to this. Instead i was given a partial refund and told by Marika " Please note you do also have a discount on your order ". The discount mentioned was a multi buy discount of £3.00 because i ordered 2 Black Coral Snake plants. This shopping experience has left me with a very negative feeling purchasing from Oxy - Plants.

Had a really good experience, my delivery was a bit delayed due to waiting for stock of Bird of Paradise which didn’t time well for me going away. On contacting the team John was very responsive and accommodating with arranging delivery for when I was back instead. Plants were packaged very well, arrived in perfect condition and all super healthy. Would recommend Oxy Plants and would purchase from them again in the future!

The plant arrived almost dead and was advised that I need to let it climatise, followed the advise and still the plant is the same. Contacted their customer service and was suggested that I need to return the plant same way it was delivered which ideally wouldn't be possible as the box was massive and was not helpful at all. I'm now stuck with a plant which I'm not keen on throwing away but also not something I would lien in the house.
