Just had my full downstairs hall and 2 rooms fitted with laminate and a new carpet on the stairs and landing.
Fantastic job all round.
The fitters are clean tidy and respectful of your property.
Nothing is to much trouble including taking samples home to get the right colour,
Very competitive prices as well.

Very poor service from P and M Carpets. Needed to call several times to get them to measure up at the property and then once measured, they didn't contact me to arrange the fitting despite having been to store to choose carpets ahead of time and forgot about it. I called probably a dozen times over the span of 2 weeks to enquire about this job however they had lost the measurements and insisted they would find it. Today I called and they said they had infact lost the measurements and didn't want to proceed with the job. A waste of everyone's time due to being disorganised and not showing care or professionalism. I would avoid having business with these guys if you can help it, there are other places that won't let you down and you won't have to repeat my experience. A shame, really..

Didn't turn up at our house to supply and fit our stair carpet. Even tho the appointment was made for this over a week ago. Guy was pretty miserable and arrogant even when we did go into store to be honest. Not like we're far away from the shop either. It's less than a 30 second walk away...

Done a good job laying the laminate in my house but the carpet was cut short in places, meaning gaps along skirting boards in places. Will need to pay out and re fit it again.

Awful customer service and attitude, don't turn up to appointments then don't call back. Apparently it's "awkward" to get to my house. I don't live in Narnia. Never been "awkward" when I've used them in the past. Surprised they get any custom with the attitude of the fella they have in the shop.

Good choice of carpets and flooring. Polite and friendly staff. Fitting included by good fitters. Much cheaper than anyone in Runcorn/Widnes, so worth ride trek.

Good service (i.e. final fitting) and price! The fitting guys could have called though, to let me know they were running late on arrival.
