P&P Garage Doors was contracted to install my new garage door. They were supposed to call within two days of my date of payment to schedule a visit and ensure the proper door size was ordered. It took them over a week to reach out and then the soonest they could get to me was another week out. So two weeks after purchase, on the scheduled day P&P never showed up, never answered any calls or emails. I gave them five extra days to try and make contact with them, calling multiple times each day with no answer. P&P wasted a total of 3 weeks of my time and has put my project behind schedule. Now I’ve gotten a new installer and they were at my house within 24 hours at the same cost as P&P. Don’t be like me, don’t waste your time with P&P.

Took over a month to schedule service then the company never showed up. No call no show for an all-day window on a Friday. Called and left a message and never heard back. The company has been impossible to get in touch with from the start. I would have used anyone else but HomeDepot set-up the install with this provider.

Follow up to this review on 4/28/22

After the company rescheduled their first no-call-no-show, they once again did not show up during the time they scheduled. Cannot get in touch with the installer or with Home Depot.
