So hands on here! Very helpful and hard to find places that have this type of market. I will go back to order countertops very soon. I got 5 windows and a sink today. Very happy with finding this place.

Really bad customer service. The receptionist completely ignored us to answer what it looked like a personal phone call. Another employee let us go and see a greenhouse we were interested in buying. Nobody helped us, so we left. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Almost always has everything needed to repair or replace everything on my mobile home. From Central Air and Furnace units too bathtubs and water heaters and everything in between! They carry tons of stuff for mobile homes that you can't find anywhere else! A+ customer service from very friendly employees...?

Their website is representative of what they have in the lot. I arrived on Saturday after they closed but called the following Monday and they were very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Friendly service. I’m looking forward to going back in person.

Bought the wrong size door. Now down out $400
Any outside items purchased are final. No returns here. Any small items, you only get store credit, which you have to use in 90 days or void.

Compared to other surplus stores, P&P is priced high. The items that are cheap are very damaged (i.e.: $1 drywall is warped beyond use & should just be thrown away). $.99 cents per sq foot for linoleum flooring--same price as Lowe's. Staff is friendly, but due to the pricing we probably won't go back.

P and P quite nearly has everything you need to fix or update a mobile home. Prices are fair and the gentleman in the yard is very very helpful. He alone is worth the trip to get what you need there..
