I have visited this Regus center five or six times, and unfortunately, it stands out from the other Regus/Spaces locations I have visited, but not in a positive way.

On two occasions, I experienced customer support that was less than tactful. Specifically:
a) I was reminded, somewhat abruptly, that I am not allowed to take even short phone calls in the corridors.
b) I was not permitted to check the lighting and sound conditions of a room I had booked until one minute before the start of my reservation, which is when the time I had ‘officially booked’ began.

On a positive note, I was once offered some complimentary Nespresso capsules, which was a nice gesture. However, I would much prefer consistently better service and a more empathetic approach over free coffee.

Der Empfang in den Büroräumlichkeiten von Regus war einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Betreten der Lobby wurde ich herzlich von den freundlichen Mitarbeitern begrüsst. Sie waren äusserst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und haben mir sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war sehr einladend und angenehm. Das Personal war bestens informiert und konnte mir bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von der Professionalität und Freundlichkeit des Empfangsteams. Ein grosses Lob an das das Team von Regus für einen hervorragenden Empfang!
