We loved staying here after flying in late to the COS airport. The staff was incredibly helpful- after ordering a pizza, we started walking to the desk to pick it up and the staff was halfway to our room bringing it. Our rooms were perfectly comfortable with techy amenities. The bed and shower were perfect. The entrance to the hotel had nice fires that guests can sit around. Definitely recommend.

We moved to this location after the first Marriott we stayed at was disgusting. As Titanium Elite members, we’ve been so disappointed in Marriott’s lately. It’s been a long time since we received Marriott level service but this location did not disappoint. The woman working the front desk was so kind and welcoming. There was a softball team staying at the same time and they contained them all to the first floor to keep noise down for other guests- which is so considerate! The rooms were clean and quiet. The showers are large and have great water pressure! The breakfast was excellent. Wish we had found this location sooner!!

This hotel is a favorite and I have stayed here numerous times. Nick is an attendant there during the night and is always very professional and helpful. The rooms and clean. I enjoy the gym and they also have a big indoor pool there. They usually start breakfast at 7am, but the girls working there are on it and usually open early for guests.

This is a #1 choice hotel for me in Colorado Springs. The property it very inviting and depending on side of your room, a beautiful view of Pike's peak. The staff is friendly and will to help at any moment. Rooms are layed out like most Residence hotels and they are pet friendly. The location is smack dab in the middle of everything you need or within short walk. It's also close to the airport but no shuttle service.
What I liked most of all is their breakfast setup run by 2 very friendly ladies, Renee and Malonda. Everything is ready first thing and they keep the coffee flowing. There is a very nice variety of food with a hint of healthy by presenting cage-free eggs (not that chickens are keep in cages anymore). It's nice to see 2 people working breakfast together being able to keep up with the stream of demand. I give them both an A+ on being welcoming and friendly. Also A+ on breakfast.
The gym is also outstanding .. clean, well stocked with towels and wipes plus a filtered water system on demand. Plenty of equipment and it all works which is very rare.
Speaking of rare, coffee, both regular and decaf are available 24/7. Other than a few coffee grinds in the first pour, I love that. The norm has become no coffee but not here.
I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers to the area.

Shoppers BEWARE. I booked a reservation at this property in July 2024, received my confirmation number via email, which included the nightly rate. After checkout I was charged a different amount. Apparently my original reservation didn't process in their system due to my card on my file not going processing. They neglected to call to note that (front desk agent I talked to via phone a day after checkout noted they sometimes call), and front desk agent upon check in didn't note any change on the nightly rate. Talked to a manager 2-3 days after checkout, who to sum up put the blame on me and didn't offer a solution. Talk about a poor way to start and end a journey with Marriott.

Nice hotel with a great location. The hotel staff was so nice. There is an Old Spaghetti Factory just across the parking lot if you are hungry. The courtyard has a nice fire pit that we sat around at night with friends. Wonderful stay!

Stayed in this Residence Inn as we were visiting family. Having never been to Colorado Springs before, we were super happy with the location. Lots of food and shopping nearby with a running trail around the back.

Staff were great and rooms clean and tidy.

The room was beautiful, but I wish the bathroom had more towel racks as we had 5 people in our room. There was only the shoer and the back of the door to hang our towels. I wish the pillows were better quality, but for the short stay, they were fine. The breakfast and staff were top notch.
