Just spent a few hours here. I like to travel by motorcycle. I like places that don't cost an arm and a leg and still offers a nice smelling, clean and roomy room.
They put me in 103. I didn't have to turn on the AC cause the stone walls seem to keep the room chill enough.
I like the little sitting area in the middle of the place. Very 80s/90s touch in my opinion.
Hot water lasted a good while and I needed it to soothe my leg muscles after riding for many hours.
The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean without a heavy bleach smell like some places I've stayed at and didn't review.

I will use this place again should I be near Sidney NE again and need off the road.

unsanitary. i had to drive from utah to wi which is a 22 hour drive because my aunt passed away. i stopped at this hotel at 1am and was put in a room that was deplorable. the bathroom was worse than an abandoned house. there was also fences smeared on the door wall and some in the shower. we ended up leaving because we couldn’t fathom laying down after seeing the bathroom. i called hopper and they issued me a refund but i want others to know because
i needed sleep to be able to continue the drive and had to leave because it was that bad. they charged me for my dogs which is crazy because i wouldn’t and didn’t want my dogs in that room. there was also lights outside the bedroom that you couldn’t turn off so i took pictures showing the time and how bright it was in the room. even if you wanted to sleep you couldn’t. please don’t waste your time. they also had bugs under the bed, stains all over the sheets and comforter. absolutely disgusting.

This is an old place but I must say that it was clean , it didn't have that old musky smell like many old places do . It is a good place for the price. If your wife is a picky person don't go here but I recommend this place if you just want a place to sleep, it was quiet and comfortable

This is a good value hotel. Inexpensive rooms, clean, very friendly and helpful service. Good for what I needed. Location downtown was great. Figuring out the hot water on the shower fixture was a little tricky, but I got it eventually- fine place for a night or two.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room had a musky/moldy smell. It was clear that they just painted over old wall and stuff to give the illusion of clean room. The room was boiling when we got there it took a while for the AC to cook it down. The ?breakfast? was bare minimum.

Keep driving. Newly renovated, very little. Pet friendly for +50. No space to walk dogs. Way off I-80. Dont stay, even just to rest.

Great value for the money. Owners are friendly and helpful. Above all, this place is clean and comfortable. I am on a cross country motorcycle ride and this place has been perfect. Inexpensive and located around the corner from good food and beverages at the Silver Dollar Bar.

This hotel is a great value for the price! Other hotels we looked at in the area were double the price without offering anymore value. The building is older, but the rooms were CLEAN. The people there were very nice, and you can tell they pay attention to details. The breakfast is very simple and sugary foods, but for the price of the stay, it was fine! You could take the money you save staying here and go eat a very nice breakfast somewhere. We especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was! Other hotels we have stayed in are very noisy. I was also pleasantly surprised that the towels were soft and fluffy for hotel towels.
