From the very first consult I felt heard, safe and in the right hands. The moment I walked into the office and was greeted by the front desk staff, let me know that I was at the right place. Once I made it to my room, Lexi welcomed me in and asked me questions and seemed very concerned. Next, when Dr Garff entered the room with his affectionate smile, he sat down and listened to my concerns. We talked about the options we could take for my carpal tunnel condition. When I left that appointment, I felt very knowledgeable of my condition and treatments that was available to me. We scheduled my surgery date but luckily a sooner date was available the following week.

The day of surgery to my surprised, Dr Garff brought Lexi to be of support to me. I got teary eyed at that moment. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like a family member. As he started the surgery, he informed me of each step that was going on and I was looking in persons and on the screen as it was happening. Might I add that when the surgery was over, he came to my recovery room. He introduced himself to my family and talked with them about my surgery. He even noticed while talking with us, my trigger finger that I’ve been having issues with for years! When I say that Dr Garff is THE BEST, I mean it. He’s very compassionate and attentiveness. Because of your good care, concern and your mannerisms, it put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of you, I am doing very well. You are truly a remarkable doctor and professional that we respect and trust.

I’ve been seeing Dr Garff for over 2 years and I am now pain free. Dr Garff is amazing & so smart. Jacob the trainer is awesome always giving me ideas on home therapies. Richelle is always so nice and patient with my X-rays. Omni & Victoria are great Medical Assist and always very courteous. Celeste in the front is wonderful & helpful. Janet coordinates the office very well. Highly recommend Dr Garff and his staff.

The office is great but often they don’t answer the phone and when I have left a message I don’t get a call back. Dr. garff is amazing. He’s kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. As a former gymnast, I have a lot of old injuries and he’s been helpful with all of them.
