Bel hôtel entièrement rénové. La réception est très bien tenue mais le côté petit déjeuner est nul et payant (passez votre chemin).|Les chambres sont belles propres et très confortables. Nous sommes restés 2 jours, personne n'est venue refaire la chambre ni changé les serviettes.|Pas de coffre-fort.|L'hôtel est situé le long de l'autoroute et comme il n'est pas isolé, vous avez le sentiment de dormir sur la route. Si en plus vous utilisez la clim !!!! Non pour le prix, il y a mieux ailleurs...|

Je connais bien cette chaîne et je suis vraiment très rarement déçu et celui-ci n'échappe pas a l’excellente renommée du groupe Marriott. En Europe nous essayons de diminuer le sel et le sucre ce qui n'est pas encore le cas ici aux USA. Par exemple essayez de trouver des yaourts light sans 10grs de sucre. Tous les matins cet hôtel vous offre le petit déjeuner et il y a des yaourts light tous au fruits avec des quantités de sucre à vous faire pâlir. Pas de yaourts nature. Je le faisait gentiment remarquer a ma personne s'occupant du Petit déjeuner qui me répondit qu'il n y en avait jamais car personne n'en voulait. Mais le lendemain matin elle avait commandé un pot de 5OOGr sans que je lui ai demandé quoi que ce soit. Le groupe Marriott à toujours mis en avant le service et la satisfaction de ses clients, en voilà un exemple typique.||Tout le personnel de cet Hôtel était de la même trempe donc si vous passez par Dallas il est OK||Cordialement

I traveled over 1000 miles from Jacksonville, FL to stay at this hotel. The rooms are decently nice and clean, but need to be updated. All of the furniture was old and beat up and the TVs were 20+ years old + super tiny. The mattress seemed somewhat new, but definitely not the most comfortable I have slept on. The breakfast bar is very limited, so don’t stay here if a hot breakfast is important to you.

The general manager David is incredibly disingenuous. One of his housekeepers stole 52 dollars from my hotel room. When I spoke to David about the situation, he acted shocked and insulted as if there is absolutely no way one of his housekeepers would have done that. He treated me as if I was lying and like I was just trying to scam them out of money. He said that it would reflect poorly on him if he reimbursed me because he didn’t have proof that his housekeeper stole anything.

I opened multiple cases with upper management, all of which were immediately closed by David. He said to come down and talk to him, which is a waste of time. As you can see from other reviews, he is not a very good manager. It seems like he doesn’t treat white conservative men the same as others.

I will be pursuing this issue to the fullest extent and will not stop until I get reimbursed. David is very dismissive and has made it clear he has no desire to resolve this matter, so I will open new cases every single day and even take legal action for discrimination if this isn’t resolved soon.

Positives:
Jon from the front desk and the maintenance guy are the only genuine people who work here. Jon deserves a management position here at the hotel for his commitment to outstanding customer service and friendliness to guests. He seemed genuinely upset when I told him that a housekeeper had stolen money from me and did everything in his power to help, unlike David.

Courteous and professional front desk experience. The room was ice cold upon arrival, which is a good thing. Also, the elevator worked but was overdue for a cleaning (as were all of the common areas that I saw).
Apparently, pets are allowed, as evidenced by the barking pit bull (outside and on a leash).

I don't recommend this hotel they let their house keepers and other employees steal from guests with no reprocussions or reimbursement. my friend had $52 stole from his room by house keeping and reported it to GM David who several people have told me is Racist and rude and he refused to reimburse my friend his money, he acted as if he was a liar and his employees could do no wrong. I personally will never stay here just from all stuff I've heard plus after reading all the bad reviews. id suggest better customer service and better background checks on employees

The worst hotel I have ever seen. They won't give me a refund, they wouldn't give me another room and I let them know I wouldn't be back. They lied and said that I was there and checked out. Won't give me a dime back. Whenever I call the GM isn't available. John is unprofessional when it comes to response. As a GM David seems to be unavailable easily. I find it weird the GM was in office at 10PM on a Saturday on the phone with a customer when I made a complaint in person, but it was "outside of business hours" at 5:30PM Monday.
I booked for one night and couldn't even let myself stay because of my fear of someone coming in on me and my friend who was there to help me. I left after explaining my issue. The man at desk who I believe is John recommended I call Priceline for my refund. When Priceline called to confirm they didn't approve it, twice. The hotel desk took my number Saturday for follow up but I have not heard from them. This was on 10/19/24

The hotel room was unsafe and they are showing that safety is not a priority while harboring my hard earned money. The doors wouldn't lock or stay closed and much of the hotel fixtures were damaged. I wasn't able to sleep there due to safety and they are unwilling to compensate my issues.

Weed , dogs , urine stained breezeways and men washing their car in the back of the building. I will more than likely taking legal action regarding this matter.

Positive: I liked that breakfast was included in the rate and the waffles were good. Kitchenette in room was convenient. The hotel is run-down and needs maintenance; but, overall, the room was clean. Negative: pool was out of order; juice machine not working; apple juice in a pitcher did not taste good; no milk or water offered at breakfast area; no cereals offered at breakfast; there were "mix-ins" for oatmeal but no oatmeal. no dish soap in room (kitchenette)

Positive: Room was a descent size, big fridge, location for the price. Staff was nice. Negative: Microwave and 1 of the stove burners did not work. Notified staff but it was not fixed the entire 1 wk stay.
