Dernier appart hôtel de notre périple américain, pas grand chose à dire de négatif, enregistrement rapide, chambre dans les standards habituels, ultra fonctionnelle, avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger, micro-ondes, plaques, grand frigo, lave-vaisselle. Chambre séparée, télé dans chaque pièce. Salle de bain correcte. Petit déjeuner assez complet, sausages, omelette, fruits, yaourts. Pas de waffles mais une sympathique machine à pancakes. Parfaite.

When I call the front desk from the phone IN the suite, it never ever goes through. Does 3 rings, then dial tone. I’ve tried it so many times. And when you call the number given on Google and on the website, it’s a continuous Busy signal. How can we talk to y’all about anything if we can’t get in touch with you unless we walk to the front desk? Not nice.

Other than that.. It’s been great so far. Super clean rooms, very friendly front desk staff. Decent WiFi. Although I did have my bathroom vanity light, and both bedroom bed lights that were out when I walked in the door. I went to the front desk (after calling a billion times, that’s why I know both methods don’t work) and told her. She said maintenance can’t be there til the morning. I offered to change them myself, and was told no. Not mad at it, but kinda frustrating when you don’t have lights to get ready in by the mirrors you use most. Still 5 stars!

Ever since staying at a Sonesta for the first time last year I have always tried staying at one since! Hands down the best place to stay at a low price! You do have to pay 10$ for parking but considering the location you should thank them. Service was great!! She was so sweeet! Would definitely stay here again! Way cleaner than a 4 star hotel I’ve stayed at before!

I got to the hotel and they tried to charge me again after I had already paid . I got to my room and the room had never been cleaned from the previous guest. The bed wasn't made and the used towels were still on the sink and the unmade bed . On top of that I had to pay $10 per day for parking. I wanted to cancel but it was a $114 charge to cancel. There were several people begging for money in the parking lot every single time I went outside. My stay was miserable. Too many people loitering in the parking lot.

I don't mind paying for parking in a walkable city like Boston, or in Europe. But Dallas? And especially at an extended stay hotel? The hidden $10.83 fee makes it difficult to compare hotels in the same cost range, and it was not disclosed until after booking, so we would have had to cancel and start over. It also was not disclosed during check-in so that we could pay it then, and instead was secretly deducted from the credit card hold ostensibly for incidentals that we did not use. I would not do business here again on principle, and feel they got our business illegitimately. There is nothing you can walk to from this location, so the parking should be factored into the cost like everywhere else in Dallas.

Positive: I liked the kitchen. It did come with a few pots, pans, silverware and had a dishwasher. Negative: The room was outdated. The cabinets were falling apart. The beddinf didnt look too clean.

1st week 3 room,I got there a/c,in the room they had me incident work I asked for a 1st floor room,they moved me to another room on 3rd floor in the back I went inside same room lay out as 1st ,but to close to elevator,asked for another room,so they did move me to another 3rd floor,I was working graveyard,last day the elevator went out,I got a bad pinch nerve there I go down 3 stairs of floor, 2nd week I called ahead for a 1st floor room mgr said none available, once I got to hotel i asked for a 1st floor room and I got it,stayed in the same room,worked grave yard. Breakfast sucked

Sonesta ES suites is an Excellent place to stay! Ms Art, Ms.Cherie Pickle and Ms Aurelia Maldonado . Are excellent employees and are an asset to the company! Their kindness, professionalism, help and support with my individual needs was superb! Room was clean and quiet! I sincerely can not speak highly enough about the service At Sonesta. Please give them a day off or raise ! They deserve it! I way recommend sonesta highly recommend highly to anyone!!!!
